The California Reining Horse Association is recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c ) 3 Charity #33-0550004. California Reining Horse Association was formed in 1993 and is an affiliate of the National Reining Horse Association and proud to again host the NRHA Southwest Regional Affiliate Finals. CRHA promotes reining in the Southern California Region by hosting many Reining Events throughout the year. CRHA offers members opportunities to compete for Year End Buckles and Awards and a saddle for the coveted title “Reiner of the Year”.
